That looks like a 40 series Flowmaster and Yes, it is chambered if it is. The long ass resonator has got to be killing any good tone from the exhaust.

Your right... No rumble ....just a loud exhaust ... I think im gonna do a full 3" from the downpipe all the way to the back.

I will google some videos to see how it would sound...
