I bought complete replacements that have glass lens.

?? Really? Where did you find glass headlights?
sorry... Fog lights.

It would nice if glass replacement headlights were available.

Your picture are a good example of why dual tail pipes do not really work on the PT Cruiser.

There is a long time Motor Cycle and Boat product that will get much of the heat discoloration removed. ...

I use powdered rice hulls. The water spots breakdown on contact and it polishes the glass. No masking or worry about harming other finishes just rinse off with water and dry.

I use VHT SP184 Clear Coat Wheel Paint on chrome wheels. It will delay the chrome from peeling due to weathering,help more easily clean the brake dust off and kinda protect them from small pebble impa ...
